S0RA READING APP

Hello parents and students of Stirling School,

I hope you are all able to read while you are at home. Here is a great source for books and stories to read and listen to. It’s an App called Sora, by OverDrive, which allows you to read ebooks and listen to audiobooks on an iPhone or iPad.  This App is specifically for school aged children and Westwind School Division has purchased this for all Westwind students.

To start reading please follow these steps:

1. Go to the App store and search for Sora.
2. Choose the “GET” button to the right of the App to download.
3. Once in Sora, choose the green button that reads “Find my school.”
4. Find “Westwind School Division No. 74.”
5. Sign into your school using your student email and password
6. Search for titles and select “borrow.”
7. Congratulations! You are reading/listening.

Remember it’s important to read for at least 20 minutes per day.
