November 2024 Principal’s Message

As we enter November, we take a moment to reflect on the importance of gratitude, growth, and community. This month, with Remembrance Day approaching, we honour those who have served our country and consider the values of peace and resilience that their sacrifices represent.

November also marks a key time in our school year to check in on student progress, celebrate achievements, and set goals for the months ahead. We encourage open communication between families, students, and staff to support every student's success. As always, we're here to foster a safe, inclusive, and thriving environment for all.

If your child stays at school for lunch, they will be expected to follow the established rules. Failure to do so may result in them losing the privilege to remain at school during lunchtime.

If you have not paid your school resource fees yet, please do so as soon as possible or make arrangements.  We accept cash, debit or e-transfers for all fees. You may use the following email address for all e-transfers:  ssfees@westwind.ab.ca. Thank you!

Hot lunch order forms will be available online at stirlingschool.ca and/or there will be a few available at the school office. November’s hot lunch order form is due November 28th. The parent council is always looking to have more parents assist with hot lunches; please contact any of the members of the Parent Council if you are interested.

Thank you for your continued support and involvement.
